RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I do not accept returns or exchanges. To cancel, you must contact me within 48 hours of purchasing, 70% of your purchase will be refunded. If your order has been shipped within 48 hours of being placed, no refund will be allowed.
Some notes for receiving your shipment:
Open your parcel carefully! Sometimes items move during shipping; message me if you have any concerns.
Let me know if you want your purchase to be gift wrapped or if there is a specific occasion that it is being purchased for!
Horses can handle a certain degree of light play, but I can not guarantee that paint wear, scratches, etc. will not occur.
If you want your model to retain its flawless coat I would recommend using it as a display model or purchasing a blanket.
Tack is delicate and fragile; I cannot guarantee anything will not break.
